the actual purchasing and postage side was great. Unfortunately the back up communication has been non existent. I don't like leaving bad reviews but on this occasion I feel I should, despite a number of emails from me regarding the issue with the ink I received I have heard nothing.
Service, price, delivery and overall experience very good.I have used the company for a number of years and the cartridges have been good as well as very competitively priced.However, this time the print is not good , the colours are insipid , the green is almost illegible and the black is missing in places. It could be that my Epson printer is playing up and I keep getting messages about using their cartridges and not cheaper immitations. Not very satisfactory .
