We ordered cartridges which were quick to arrive. Unfortunately we had ordered the wrong ones. The Ink Factory website states a refund is possible and to contact Customer Services. We made several attempts by phone, email and completing the online form but never received a reply. The Ink Factory - please can you get in touch?
Ordered next day delivery ink cartridges. Two weeks later still had not received order and according to Royal Mail tracking they were waiting for package from ink factory. Sent two emails and one formal complaint and not had any response. Appalling service.
Helpful customer services very quickly replaced missing item.
The inks are deemed to be incompatible with the Epson 8605. Not happy and I will be seeking a refund. Regards, Steve
