Horrible customer service. Returned an item mid December and haven’t received a refund yet. Not answering my emails as well. Not going to buy again from them!

The delivered a printer ink cartidge which would not fir and would not work. I complained and they issued a refund notice but the refund never came. I have to make a claim through the small claims court.

Promotion over Christmas and new year Normally you get 2 for the price of one. The promotion doubled this, and even the order receipt showed 2 lots of 2 cartridges. Unfortunately I only received two sets not 4. I emailed Ink Factory on 4/1 and 13/1 but never received a reply. I've tried calling but all I got was waiting music. Today I've contacted IF again via its on-line contact form and am awaiting a response. I'm therefore somewhat disappointed especially as I had no response to my emails.
