the items I ordered were delivered covered in black ink. `I consulted with your company , who agreed to send replacements. They never arrived. I made a point to write to you again when you responded after the above comment. I wasn’t aware that it went to Trustpilot, as I was communicating with a very helpful person from Ink Factory. I then thanked them For the response and the action they took. I wish InkFactory to know this as they are as a rule an excellent company.

Bought some of the ink for my printer it leaked all over my finger and got some on my clothes. It nothing like the colour of the genuine ink, Try to contact support, but no reply had to do a PayPal charge back. Still have not heard back from them.

Poor Customer Support – Avoid InkFactory.co.uk I strongly advise against purchasing from InkFactory.co.uk. While they are quick to sell and send marketing emails, their customer support is non-existent. They do not respond to emails, nor do they answer phone calls when assistance is needed. My Experience: I purchased a multi-pack of ink cartridges in July 2024. The deal seemed too good to be true, as I received double the usual quantity for the same price. Initially, one black cartridge worked, so I assumed the rest would too. However, after a few months, when I needed to replace the other colors, none of them worked—leaving me with several useless ink cartridges. On February 25, 2025, at 10:21 AM, I emailed their customer support with images and a detailed explanation of the issue. I wasn’t asking for a refund; I simply requested a working replacement and even offered to return the faulty cartridges. No response. I then tried calling their customer service at 0333 344 6843, waited for 15 minutes, and received no answer before hanging up. At this point, I highly doubt they will respond, but if they do, the bare minimum they should offer is a full refund. Lesson Learned: Before trying InkFactory.co.uk, I used Inkredible.co.uk, and their cartridges worked flawlessly every time. Unfortunately, I was lured by InkFactory’s "double ink" promotion, which turned out to be a mistake. Interestingly, I mistakenly emailed Inkredible.co.uk about the issue and received a quick and professional response—only to realize my order was actually from InkFactory.co.uk. The contrast in customer service between these two companies is night and day. Frustrated, I have now repurchased from Inkredible.co.uk and will stick with them moving forward due to their reliable products and excellent customer service. Final Verdict: Avoid InkFactory.co.uk. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support.
