Very good Epson compatible ink cartridges
Wish I could agree about the service. Order a couple of spare sets for my IJP. They were delivered quickly. When I got round to needing them, I realised that the set they sell for the Epson XP-15000 is wrong. Should include a red and grey (XL-478) along with four (XL-378) (BCYM). They supply light cyan and magenta in error. I reported this a week ago using their online form with no response and today spent 17 mins waiting for a reply on their phone line listening to their music. Poor. Their website still lists 6 x XL-378 as suitable despite my report.

If I could would give minus rating , Customer service doesn’t exist. Have received faulty cartridges and been trying to resolve issue through customer service and for nearly 10 days couldn’t get a response . Called , emailed and sent WhatsApp msg tried everything I can to resolve issue now I will be sending it back and would not prefer to buy or recommend anyone to buy from them . Even their return policy is with lot of ??
