All my experiences with Ink Factory have always been using the telephone ( I am 85 years old),I found when able to talk to them they were very helpful. Now the phone line is out of action, I found communication extremely difficult.

Took a while for our printer to recognise the cartridges after going through a few steps found on the internet. However now my scanner doesn’t work, but the colours are good and the printing is good.
