Good price. Buy one, get one free was unexpected, but was the clincher. Arrived quickly, too. It took a few goes to convince my HP printer that a new cartridge had been fitted, but it is now working fine. The online advice was not needed, but it was nice to know in advance that it was available. We shall use the Ink Factory again.
