Emailed the Ink Factory twice as I still have not received a refund for printer ink cartridges I returned on the 4th February. Not able to contact them by phone to sort this out.

Ink working well not it has been installed but putting ink in printer. Had to foce it...hopelly ithe catridges will come out...easily..when used and wont damage printer.
