Ordering is easy, ingredients are well listed, and we've enjoyed most of the food especially the creamy kale caesar and miso wild rice poke. The edamame bean fettucine though, was way too salty... not sure if it is a batch problem because this is our first time ordering from IKU. Overall, it was a good experience and we look forward to exploring more items that are on the menu.

Everything arrived in good shape, stayed fresh for long enough to get through it, and was delicious!

The boxes are carefully packed and the containers are so beautifully presented. Food is perfectly seasoned and delicious. I've had most vegan/vegetarian meal services and this is by far the best available in Sydney (by a long shot!)

Delivery process was great. The food is great quality, fresh and tasty. My only concern is that there is some added oil. I'd rather have more veggies/tofu and no oil.

just fresh and beautifully prepared food. Though I would have liked the tofu fritters to be that larger size that made them so yummy!

IKU are great! Food is always fresh and yum. Easy to order and efficient delivery times. They always deliver properly too - they don’t just leave your package at the door like a lot of other meal delivery services.

I received a 5 day plan as a gift from a friend. My husband is away for work for 5 weeks, and im solo parenting two young children and a puppy so having these healthy pre-made but fresh meals has been a life saver. The meals are legitimately tasty. Such a great gift! Would also be great for a new mum.

Overall I’d highly recommend this program to anyone who wants to eat healthy. I’ve followed Liv Kaplan on instagram for years and love her recipes, so I jumped at the chance to use her discount to purchase the 5 day reset. I was highly impressed with the quality of food and feel fantastic after completing the five days. The meal portions are extremely generous and you never feel hungry. Great flavours throughout. My top 3 picks were the creamy Caesar Kale, Sprout bread with scrambled tofu and the edamame pesto pasta. Will definitely continue to order from IKU.

Firstly, I like the idea that I don't need a weekly subscription. All the meals tasted homemade and fresh.

The food was delicious, convenient and full of flavour. We enjoyed the variety and the portion sizes. The delivery worked well for us and made things even more accessible.
