IKU has been a staple in my diet for over 35 years, and I’ve watched it evolve through different hands, locations, and phases of growth. Their fresh vegan cuisine remains outstanding, and the new home delivery service is a fantastic addition—swift delivery, easy ordering, and delicious recipes. However, I’ve noticed some inconsistency in portion sizes and quality, which I’ve shared with IKU. Once refined, I truly believe IKU will set the benchmark for vegan home delivery. A portion increase to 400g would be ideal, as I often need two servings despite being just 85kg. Additionally, improving the website’s user interface (UI) and having it tested for user experience (UX) would elevate the ordering process further. Looking forward to seeing IKU continue to refine and perfect its offering!

I generally love the food from IKU. I feel it’s the healthiest and best quality meal delivery option by far. The only thing I find is that a lot of the meals are too spicy, which narrows the options. It would be great to have a heat rating on each meal to assist with selection or offer a less spicy version of each meal? I find now that I’m ordering salads so I can use my own dressing but this isn’t a great solution as the salads have to be consumed quickly.

We really enjoy our food from IKU - healthy, wholesome and super tasty. Great for quick and convenient meals on busy weeknights. Particularly like the mushroom meatballs and tapioca pudding. Great customer service too

Delivery details were right on allowing me to plan my day. Food was delicious, tasty and filling. As a coeliac and vegetarian I'm often looking for great tasting safe food. IKU is great. The salads are lovely too!

Website, ordering and delivery were all great. I really enjoyed some meals, others not so much but that is more a personal taste thing than a reflection on the quality of the meals. Also got a delicious sago pudding as a bonus. I’ve used a number of vegetarian meal services and Iku is the one I’ll be returning to. Looking forward to trying more and finding my favourites!

The salads didn't have much flavour, but it did what it said. I definitely had less bloating

Love love love the Iku meals, love the flavors, love the menu selection and love that its bursting with nutrients and good for the body and soul.

The meals are not for me. Too much kale and pickled cabbage and one of the meals didn't sit well in my stomach as I was on the toilet a bit (sorry). One of the salad dressings was slightly bitter so I guess these meals are just not suited to me personally.

I appreciate IKU and what they stand for and the food they deliver however, it just wasn't for me. I was looking for a healthy alternative but I didn't enjoy any of the food. That isn't to say the food is bad - it's just not to my individual taste.

From my very first order with IKU, I found the service to be clear, prompt and efficient. I received clear communication as to when my delivery was due and updated text messages until my order arrived. I have found their service to be high level and consistent. However, the standout to me was when I received a an email promoting a free meal for Valentine's Day when ordering a minimum of 7 meals within seconds of placing my order. As I had qualified for the promo and had missed it literally by seconds, I reached out to see if it could be added to my order. I promptly received a reply stating that my order was already placed and they couldn't add it to this one but offered me a voucher to use for the following week. They were so thoughtful and helpful. I truly believe the measurement of a great company is based on how they respond to issues outside of the standard so was very encouraged that IKU were so willing to go above and beyond. Great organisation.

These meals are delicious and very healthy. I am so happy I have found them! I have tried several meal delivery services before, but I could never enjoy them for too long, as the meals were too similar to each other and I used to end up tired of the taste. Not with Iku. The variability of flavours is amazing. The size of the meals is also great. I highly recommend Iku. The price is also really good for the quality!
