I was moving house and wanted to make sure I ate healthy. IKU was a life safer. To have these healthy ready meals available to eat during a stressful time was amazing. I can only recommend IKU - good quality food and great selection.

Ordering is really easy. The food is amazing fresh, tasty and healthy. So good to grab a healthy meal to take to work for lunch. Sauces are full of zingy flavour... the best. The little patties (soy/rice/millet) are fabulous for a snack or to cook up and add crunch to the salads. And the sago puddings are superb. Our favourite sweet has to be the sesame tart though... who created this? Bravo!!!

We absolutely love it! Our household eats 60% plant based and we have Iku meals as staples in our fridge. It’s hard to find vegan meals that focus on raw ingredients, less processed - no fake meats etc, thankfully we found Iku. My husband now can’t wait for vegan nights. Love the puddings and nachos!

Have ordered from Iku for 6 months, most meals are excellent, never had a problem with quality or delivery or service, have tried most of the menu and have a regular order with miso poke bowl (sensational), the rainbow chop bowl, Soba Noodle Cauliflower Salad, all day Scrambled Tofu, Smoky Tempeh All-day Breakfast. prefer the salads, nearly every meal is decent value although the with most salads I add more protein or avocado. big fan of the pies, mini choc chip cookies. have had the odd issue that was resolved, they listen, great to see specials too which helps you try the whole menu. Only downside meal so far has been the Coconut & Cashew Granola Bowl, was very light on the granola (like one tablespoon of it) but would give 4.5 stars overall. delivery times are good

The salads were very nice but unfortunately the dishes that we ordered for dinner were way too salty. I have eaten food from IKU for years and have always been very happy with the produce - I felt a bit let down on this occasion

The first two meals I couldn’t eat. They tasted awful. I threw out the remaining three meals.

I was really impressed with an array of salads, and their taste and quality. Affordable. Some I won’t order again, but I definitely have worked out what I would like as some staples in the fridge. The soup and curries were outstanding!! Some of the salads that I wasn’t a huge fan of, looked as though they may have been added to packed salad mix. Highly recommend these guys if you are super time pressed and need some really healthy mixes in your fridge!! It’s a good idea to try 5 day reset, to work out what you would and wouldn’t order again.

Super easy ordering process, delivery was great (love the thermally-controlled box that keeps the food cool) and oh my goodness the taste, quality and presentation of the food is so so good. Will definitely be back for more :)

I couldn’t follow the meal plan as well over half the meals that arrived were set to expire within 48 hrs. Salad for breakfast two days running leaves much to be desired. Food was either a cacophony of flavours or bland.

Loved the food and great portion size. Will order again. Thank you. Oct 2023
