Have been ordering from IKU for about half a year now for every week. What stands out is the phenomenal customer service that listens to my concerns as well (shoutout to Telita). What keeps me coming back is that their meals don't have unhealthy levels of sodium, great variety of beans and legumes (fibre and protein, yippee!) and still taste so fresh and amazing. No cheap marketing tactics, no shady schemes to lock you into subscriptions, reasonable prices - hard to find this combination with other delivery services. IKU is fantastic and only gets better!

So far the super food pad Thai , Asian noodle cucumber salad, and spinach coconut chickpea green curry are nice. I never received the spaghetti bolognese despite ordering it. Chickpea and coriander curry was not good. Coconut laksa also I did not enjoy at all. Still have left to taste a few. I hope they’re good..

On my second order now. Food is delicious and fresh but I just noticed one of the salads had over 900mg of sodium 💀 That is just far too high for a simple salad. I very much enjoy the meals but I need to check the rest of the meals salt contents before purchasing again because that level is totally unnecessary and not healthy to be honest.

I was very surprised with the freshness of my meals! There was only one or two dishes that were not quite right for me.. The mushroom toor Dahl was a little bland for me.. and the tempeh dish just a bit salty for me . The good thing is that they are open to feedback..and are in the process of tweaking some of these dishes due to customer feedback. I used to go to IKU back in 85 in Glebe .. the food is fresh,delicious & nutritious…customer service was fantastic and prompt with easy to track deliveries as well.. quite impressed !

Most of the food selected was very tasty . Some I will not order again eg lasagna as I can make it. The convenience factor is a big reason we ordered to have a ready made meal available .

Meals have been nice, however deducted a star as in both boxes I have received so far some of the meals have not been sealed properly with food leaking out. I had to transfer two meals in the last box immediately into Tupperware containers. Otherwise meals are very nice.

Delicious vegan food, great selection and excellent delivery (inc ETA alert). The bancia is smaller than the same in store that was disappointing, however, the bonus sago was really appreciated.

I was excited to use Iku, after my first box I regret to say I won’t be ordered again. I loved the chia puddings and tofu scramble. Breakfasts were good. However the other meals were disappointing, especially when I opened the box to look at the meals to notice I had 3 days til use by for a week long box order. I didn’t know if I could eat them past the best before dates. I found some dishes heavily salted with dressing and others lacking in dressing. I am surprised everything is packed in plastic and more plastic but also for shelf life (even when mine was not right) I do understand that also :) But still love the idea of Iku, just not the right fit for me sorry!

The food is fantastic it’s fresh, so tasty & delicious and more importantly healthy. Highly recommend IKU and now it has home delivery. Winning 🙌👏👏👏🤗

Everything is delicious and satisfying! I love the variety and choices of meals, you can taste the full flavour of everything that goes into them.

Great selection of fresh salads and cooked meals- all consistent quality and very tasty; Excellent, prompt customer service enquires; Easy, useful tracking of delivery truck; Highly recommended! We couldn't be happier with this company!

The meals are gourmet standard and delicious. Generous size and healthy. Delivery is managed well and delivery driver is professional and always on time.

Some of the meals were tasty but, for me, a few were too bland. Some had too much vinegar in that part of the meal.

I ordered the Reset package and by Day 3, I was feeling better, lighter, more energy and easier to get out of bed and do my walk. Nutrition is a powerful tool for healing your body and mind. Give it a shot 👍

The meals were all very healthy but I didn't like the smell or taste of raw kale in the salads, and I thought they had too many different ingredients mixed together. A bit bland for my taste but perhaps I could've chosen better options. The ingredients lists on the containers were more detailed, in tiny print, than on the website, with a few additives I wouldn't have chosen.

Fresh, well proportioned. Delicious. Very happy.

Think this is one of my favourites … amazing flavours, subtle bitey sauce … generous serving size … so much freshness of flavours …highly recommend this dish 🫶

I cannot fault anything about Iku! I’m glad the they’re still a thriving business providing delicious, nutritious meals after all these years! I remember going to Iku at Glebe in the 90’s when I was a teenager. Loved it then and love it now. I now order the pre made meals and the online ordering process is easy to use and the descriptions of the meals are spot on! I find that when you order pre made meals online, you take a gamble if they’re good or not. I have not experienced one meal that I don’t like. They’re so filling, full of flavour with a huge variety so that you’re never bored. Being a vegan of many years, I feel so spoilt for choice. Their customer service is also spot on! Thanks Iku. Love it 😍
