When I ordered online with IKU,I was delivered the most lovely fresh,healthy meals that were delicious.I found no fault at all.

Everything was perfect. Ordering was easy. The food has been amazing, so tasty, fresh and bursting with flavour- meals are a good size. They were delivered by a friendly driver who called as he arrived - was cold and in good order. Thank you.

It’s just not food that I have had long time ago ( Bronte rd .) Once you heat your tray food is to dray especially rice I find rice is so under cooked.I want be ordering again. Sylvia

Online ordering system is a breeze with a great selection to choose from. Food was fresh, light, filling and delicious - and I love the ability to ❤️ your favourites so they’re ready to go for reordering from your wishlist. This will be my new weekly shop! Only negative is that I live in Greenvale Vic just out of the delivery zone so I had it delivered to my sister’s place, but I love everything else so it’s still a 5 ⭐️ review from me.

Service, price, quality, range, everything!!!!

I was a fan of IKU before they started the delivery service. I bought a pack for my friend who can't cook much for themselves atm and a protein pack for me because my eating habits need resetting. The meals are a good size and the quality is tops. I'll use again for sure. ps.I dont often give 5/5.

Great meals, good quality and reasonable price

Dear management team, I have been visiting the Neutral Bay store for several years and always enjoyed the food. Recently I ordered online meals and was disappointed with the experience. Reheating vegan food is not the same as eating it freshly made on the day. Therefore, I am more inclined to visit the Martin Place cafe in future rather than order online. Many thanks, Louis

Loved all the meals! Everything was so delicious and easy. Felt so good after every meal.

Awesome healthy, high quality and fresh food, environmentally sensitive packaging, prompt customer service. So happy with the meals - as a busy mum with limited time for self care, I felt re-energised after only a few days on IKU. Especially love the desserts!

Communication of impending delivery was good, the packaging was sustainable, which aligned with their branding, and the portion size and quality of the food of a high standard. Basically I reordered - so that should be testimony enough :-)

There’s a lot to choose from when placing the order. The well portioned food was delivered fresh and cold. The salads are really fresh and full of flavour. Flexibility of being able to freeze meals is.great too. And I love the ethical, sustainable packaging!

So wonderful to know there is quality food from IKU waiting at home….no cooking. Simply open the fridge and decide what you feel like for dinner, warm in microwave and enjoy.

the food is incredible and customer service is good. It would be great if they made this service more accessible to NDIS participants at checkout so participants are not paying upfront and waiting out of pocket for a week. As many people with disabilities are on very little income. Many Australian food service places now offer ndis as a checkout option. But, even without that, the food is so good and so healthy and the people so nice, that it is worth it. The staff are accommodating and kind too.

Meals are tasty and nutritious but a big on the lighter side. Found myself having to have a protein shake with them

Prompt delivery and fresh food - I can’t wait to order again and make Iku weekly ritual. The lasagne and pies are amazing! Thank you for providing a wonderful array of products to Sydneysiders over the decade.
