The packaging and insulation are mostly cardboard, only minimum of plastics is used. The food was tasty, good portions. I'd recommend only ordering enough for about 3 - 4 days, as some items (mostly soups or greens) seem to have gone off just before their use-by date (maybe 5 days after delivery). I will be ordering again.
I bought a wide variety of meals for a vegan mate who has been unwell and he's loved them and will happily order more for himself. The site was simple to navigate and the food pics he sent me looked like the ones from online. He rated them very highly!
I appreciated the quality of the food and that the delivery person carried it up to my flat as I have a broken ankle. I also suggest IKU to my sister and she loved it too

Food is so delicious and you have made it so easy to eat healthy. Im now out sourcing my meal prep to you, it saves time, is an equal financial outlay and its healthier and has more variety of ingredients than I could manage on my own.

The Iku menu is fabulous. I love being able to get delicious whole foods delivered to my door. I loved every item that arrived in my earth-friendly cool box!
My sister & I have loved IKU for over twenty years and I live in Sydney. I was so excited to tell my sister who now lives in Melbourne that she can now get it delivered….Amazing 🤩 It was the best present for us both as I live in Castle Hill Sydney and was able to get it delivered. So Happy Best food ever ❤️❤️❤️
So great to have healthy tasty food delivered for the week. Salads are fresh and hot meals are yum. All are fulfilling & satisfying. Real food!
Food is great. One dish was missing and there a rice pudding, I guess a substitute. Definitely not a fan

I'm often cooking dinner for one and was feeling uninspired and uninterested in food so thought I'd give IKU a go. The meals are tasty, fresh and plentiful. I ordered more for the next week!
Hot food does not heat up well in oven or stove. Really just microwave food. Some portions so large. Salads are good but overall food not a patch on the retail quality food from several years back.
I love Iku meals but it’s just not the same as a bricks and mortar shop. Whilst the delivery company is amazing with tracking and photos supplied of the delivery the meals aren’t as fresh. I commend Iku for trying to keep meals cool with food grade ice packs, insulating paper and high quality delivery boxes; spinach leaves and cabbage wilt with time. The reality is that the food is prepared the day before, you know this from the tracking. So, expect that meals are a day old by the time they reach you.
Amazing. Healthy and fresh ingredients. Packed with flavour. Super convenient. Great serving size too - I was eating these for lunch. I will definitely be ordering again!

Every time I opened a packet and started eating I was delighted and thrilled with ow delicious the meal was. Sometimes I didn't like the look of the food but when I put a forkful in my mouth I was blown away at the tastiness. The food was filling, it was yummy and it made me feel healthy and also happy. I will definitely order again!
