I really enjoyed learning more about Safeguarding children. Some of the information was heartbreaking but very useful to know about. Having a transcript for the videos was also very helpful. Thank you.

Very helpful and informative course

I didn't realise there was so much to DSE safety. Excellent mix of video, chat, demonstration, time to reflect, quick quiz question and ability to go back and check if you want. Also liked fact that you can stop process and come back if you have to although they suggest you do it in one sitting. Even the final quiz is a quick reflection. The CPD is well structured.

Don't have anything good to say I'm afraid. As with all your courses they are ridiculously padded out to tell a few really simple but very important messages presumably to justify the cost. We never learn anything from these as it becomes a gruelling box ticking exercise to get through them in the background while we do something else. It's a shame because they could be so useful for disseminating really important information if they were only 15 mins maximum. Squandering a wonderful opportunity to do something really groundbreaking and creating beneficial change, Very disappointing, but I know you're not going to anything about it :-)

The course was informative and covered the basic requirements of Moving & Handling.

A very easy and understandable course

This course has made me mindful of my thoughts and anxieties at a good time, I will be using some of the tools and have downloaded the documents, links and forms. I can see the 'Activating event + Belief = Consequence' form being very useful for my particular type of anxious thoughts. Thank you.

This course is an extremely comprehensive overview of all the areas that one needs to be aware of regarding the safeguarding of children. Given the large amount of information, however, it would have been helpful to have a a few quick questions at the end of each section just to help consolidate the copious amount of facts, which the student is being asked to absorb.

Lifting can occur on an every day basis so its good to be reminded of the basics and doing all lifting tasks correctly.

The First Aid at Work Refresher course was delivered very well, it was clear and easy to follow. I didn't think I needed a refresher course at the moment, but it did cover several things I had not learnt before. You never know when you will need First Aid, within the family or community, not just at work.

Found this course covers the subject well and was broken down into small easy to follow chunks. Simple everyday language used and key topics repeated in slides. This meant I felt confident in tackling the assessment without having to re-read any part of the course.

This training covered all areas applicable to home working and was clear to understand. Some may have found it a little simple, but it is often the simple things that you forget in an emergency. Well done.
