I enjoyed the course and it covered very succinctly all that is required to be aware of as a crash or top up course.

This course made me think about my past behaviour and attitudes. I liked the ethos that we should be kind in the work place, to each other and ourselves. We should be free to be ourselves and accept others as they are. The work place is about people primarily - it’s not all the ‘cut n thrust’ of business that should come first. The course made me want to dig deeper into E,D and I.

This course was easy to follow with step by step instructions. Many other courses I've completed online have had lots of irrelevant information in them coursing confusion and misleading the trainee. This course was straight to the point with simple to follow instructions with non of the usual misleads irrelevant info. I would highly recommend it.

I found this course to be very informative and easy to understand. It was also helpful to have the transcript as well as the subtitles as I was encountering an issue with the volume on my laptop. Would recommend everyone to complete this course, even if it is just as a refresher to what you think you know.
