Good examples to remember concepts and Chris Miller's delivery is excellent and one does not get bored. Highly recommended.

Unlike Safeguarding courses I have participated in previously, the iHASCO 'Safeguarding Children (level 2) course was extremely informative yet quick and concise in the delivery of the information. The course was broken down very well into clear sections that made it easier to retain the information presented to you. Overall it was a well presented and straightforward course.

Clear, concise training. Simple and easy to understand. Although we were experiencing internet problems, the program retained the page and just carried on.

One of the best courses around. It's well presented, clear and concise, easy to understand. I really like that not only can you watch and listen to the videos you can read the transcripts as well. It caters for different types of learners. This is the one training course of the year I look forward to completing.

This training covered all essential information in clear and succinct sections which were backed up with links to relevant, additional detail where appropriate. Easy to use, easy to follow and, dare I say, almost made GDPR enjoyable!

An in-depth and very worthwhile training course about protecting your health (posture/eyesight/desk hygiene) when working in a desk job. Well explained and non-patronising, with good videos to explain each point. I consider this 28 minutes very well spent.

In light of the Covid 19 Pandemic where many of us have had to remain at home for some time; the advice and information given has been extremely helpful. The information delivered was user friendly and provided a number of ways to support others and yourself. The pace was just right and you could after watching the videos click on additional resources which were downloadable. Enjoyed the training and would recommend to others.

I've completed a few of these over the years and this is definitely the most comprehensive and informative that I've come across. Difficult subjects, clearly put across.

I just finished the course for "Unconscious Bias For Employees". I liked this course not only because it was easy to do, respectful and cleverly put together but because it was presented clearly and also in a way that kept my interest. I thought I was already well aware of my own biases but it turns out there's always more to acknowledge.

A very helpful introductory course on mental health at work. It includes practical steps that both staff and managers can take (a) proactively to help their own mental health and (b) to identify and address problems early so they can be managed and overcome.

Regardless of how you learn ihasco training covers it by having the video with person speaking, info graphics, and other visual aids as well as the written transcript to read and follow along or recap on if you have to leave and go back to it. I really noticed the keywords in the transcript written in capitals and those written in bold. I really find this helpful for me for retaining the information I am reading. I also feel that the descriptions of the signs in the fire safety module will be a useful way to remember whether they are prohibited, warning etc etc long after the course. I didn't feel overwhelmed with too much unrelevant information. These modules are always broken down into easily digestible paragraphs and sections with a good explanation of what the purpose or outcome should be of each.

What a great course, very informative and really makes you think about daily activities that can really make drastic but positive changes to the environment.
