Excellent detailed training course. It was very well explained and the optional answers are great because if you have not done Health and Safety training before it will make you pay attention to what you are watching. In my case I have a vast knowledge of health and safety and it was unfortunate I was disturbed when I was answering one of the questions and my finger pressed the incorrect button, my advice sit in a quiet place so you can concentrate. I would definitely recommend the training courses by iHasco.
This Mental Health Awareness course was well explained to make understanding easy.

I was ordering 2x training courses (L2 Food and Hygiene) on behalf of a primary school and Daniel was ever so helpful down the phone and via email. He was confident describing what the training provides and the high quality learning that each trainee would receive. I made a mistake and ordered it for the wrong member of staff however Daniel was prompt with his responses, reassuring me that he would take care of the matter for me. Happy to say, the correct member of staff is going to receive training if it wasn't for Dan being speedy to the rescue, amending my error. The overall process was very easy and helpful. This is a very detailed course. It's is punctuated by breaks at comfortable points which gives you a better chance to absorb the information.
The Training provides a valuable insight into Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and gives a lot of information for those who are not equipped with that. One can learn what are the rules and laws to be followed with respect to Equality and diversity and also to know the mechanism to mitigate them.

An informative and extremely well-presented training course. The content is presented in a logical order and the interface is easy to use and well-engineered. For some this may not be the most exciting subject but the relaxed and professional manner of the presenters made the experience very enjoyable.
Every DSE user should watch this video which I found it is very useful.
