I found this course clear, informative and well-structured. It conveys a balanced blend of instruction, importance and practicality with useful summaries at the end of each section.

Long-winded dry presentation of common sense material. The best way to present this would have been to make it highly interactive, shorter, and fun. The fact that you have to click to get to the next section throughout is not genuine interactivity, rather it is a technique to prevent you running the video while you do something else. Which given the dull presentation would have been a relief. Dismal.

Its so true, all of what is said was me and without realising how we are ALL biased in the way we see things, how we deal with situation and people

A very informative online training course provider. I like the fact you can stop and start to rego over information so has to absorb it.

This was a very good training session in regards to Accident Reporting. I am now a lot clearer in regards to what happens, should an accident occur in the workplace and more importantly, how to prevent one. Thank You!

Superbly presented course. Subject matter fascinating 100% in test

As I used to teach protection of vulnerable adults before my retirement I can fully commend this course to anyone working in the care and health fields though volunteers working in chss shops may not fully appreciate its relevance. A few technical hitches and the wording of one of the test questions prevented an otherwise 5 star review .

Interesting courses and great technical support. No need to travel to attend courses anymore that are taught by average tutors.

Time Management module was a great overview with several simple takeaways that could make a big difference to anyone's day-to-day work and long term goals. I especially liked the Multitasking myth buster activity, simple, but brilliant!

Stress awareness course - This is a MUST have for all employers to offer to their workforce - fantastic explanations, tips and tools that employees can use to reduce and prevent stress.

This course is not of an acceptable standard for industry whatsoever more based at office worker's i have worked within the food industry since 1996 and have taken a lot of these courses in all this time i have never been asked to download things on such a scale, the exam is laughable didn't even ask about the temperature ranges waste of time

Updated me on the health and safety regulations needed in the work place the course was easy to click on and get started is a great achievement at the end and all traininees are issued with a certificate at the end ,good to have For work , only down falll with the app could not find anything to click on fir staff who do not have a printer for there certification at the end to be sent via post this would be helpful on the app at the end as not everyone owns or has access to a printer But overall is a great course thank you dolce .

I really found this course easy to manage and fit in with my daily family routine as I was able to learn at my pace and stop/start the programme or rewind if I wanted to listen to a section a second time. Really chuffed with my 100% score. 🎉
