This was one of the hardest courses that I had to undertake. I passed but just scraped through at 65%. However, although enjoyable and informative, at 43 sessions, it was of course more difficult. One of the most informative courses but sometimes we tend to pay attention to longer courses, not always to our advantage. However, I love doing these courses, even though this one was probably the hardest and with more detail than that of previous courses. Well done though!

The course content was delivered clearly by the speaker, additional images and content were focused and not distracting. The transcript was clear, making it easier to absorb the content. The additional quick True/False check-ins helped keep the content in mind, and check understanding, with immediate feedback. If anything could be improved, it would be to add more of these. For the quiz at the end, it could be more challenging if more than one answer was correct, e.g. select 2 correct answers out of 4 options.

I found the course straightforward and the presenter took the time to explain each step clearly and concisely. It was well-paced so that you could take in all relevant information.

Easy to use with videos that are clear and concise. Having timings next to the sessions and a chance to reply the videos as needed, is really helpful.

A real eye opener, good explanations on how we can change our way of thinking about how we conduct ourselves. Showing the positive way we can guide ourselves on how our conduct can affect others.

I am an instructor who delivers fire safety training at work so was expecting to be bored. I was surprised as my attention was kept and I actually learned a few new things that I will use in my own training. Thoroughly enjoyable.

The presenter has a clear voice, neat and well-groomed appearance. I feel the black dress code made it simpler to incorporate the animations and video to explain how stress affects our health. The watercolor animations made it easier for anyone to identify with it and understand the content. I thought the example “that humans are like balloons” was a perfect analogy to explain how the amount of pressure makes us feel. The questions and problems raised made me understand how stress affects employees’ productivity and health. This course made me realize that if I notice a physical, emotional, or behavioral change I need to pause, identify and prioritize to prevent pressure from turning into stress. Another way to change my attitude is by incorporating basic self-care into my routine. I would highly recommend this course to others as it also provides guidance on where to find resources for further help. I would suggest as an example of stress relief the use of another hot drink instead of coffee, as caffeine can have a negative effect on people suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, and sleep. It would also be interesting to have a separate course dedicated to healthy eating.

An excellent training session where it was easy to follow and understand . It was in small sections and very well presented. You can stop at a section and leave , to come back when it was convenient. Fantastic graphics and very informative.

Only issue that I thought was lack of understanding testing at each core milestone on previous information given prior to the final test - this would probably enabled a greater depth of knowledge retention as I know personally the last few slides I skipped through / did not pay as much attention as I should have. If you made progression impossible on milestone test it would force your attention. Other than this I found it informative and enjoyable.
