Very helpful and easy to take in
Broke down the issue of stress and provided different management strategies to keep the condition under control. Very clear and enlightening.
Excellent use of short videos to maintian engagement. Some mutiple choice questions to respond to during the course but not predictably after each video. Good, clear speaker to deliver information in manageable chunks. The course delivery felt very inclusive rather than punitve. I didn't feel the questions were trying to catch me out but rather invite understanding. An excellent course.
The teacher is clear and precise, and the extra resources provided helpful. I'm left with no doubts about this essential area of knowledge.

These courses are absolute torture after having to to do them all again for the 3rd year, the first and second year doing them was bearable but the 3rd..OMG..I dread the time I get the endless emails to do them again, please just let us play the damn videos in one go then answer the questions if they had been done previously , it’s not like anyone is listening or watching them at that point and just clicking through the videos mindlessly …I can’t even listen or look at the people in the videos without feeling a sense of dread and I nearly smashed my phone doing the last one as I got the answers wrong too many times and I had to retake and listen to the whole course again and retake the test….also I feel I was given extra courses for the sake of it that didn’t benefit me doing them.
Presenter well spoken and kept me engaged. Content easy to understand Good choice of videos Great additional support/work sheets/links Wear earphones. On a laptop it can be difficult to hear.
Anger management course is short and exactly what you need for a refresher , a good reminder to not let things get to you , anger is what it is- neither good or bad- it just 'is'
Very good concise course, which covered the different types of communication and how best to engage with residents.
This video is laid out well, informative, interesting and has lots of tips of what to look out for and how to report findings.

Great at advising how to get best out of homeworking and some of the common pitfalls. One of the comments I have of all courses is that my attention is better kept with a change in presenter throughout the course - no reflection on any individual, they are all excellent.
It's a right and important course for every organisation.

Completed training with Ihasco however they won’t release certificates due to employer booking the course, not really sure how you can with hold someone’s certificates. 1 star

it concludes what i need to be aware of and attached with external link with useful information in case i need to go through it in depth. it's a nice training video. Except one thing, even though I mainly use English but my first language is Traditional (Hong Kong/Taiwan) word instead of Simplified one (Chinese). But there's only Simplified language applicable which is the main part I will deduct most of my ratings here. Chinese Communist Party is evil and nasty. Hongkongers never forgive what Chinese Government did to Hong Kong in the past 2 years. update (10-March) Hi Hugh, Already listed the language I prefer/request. I don't know what you would like to chat about. If you think the simplified Chinese covers all the Asian needs, sorry your are wrong. China CCP is the supporter of Putin and war to Ukraine, using Simplified Chinese is an indirect way to support the Russia/China Ally.
