Rob was punctual, polite, and professional. Nothing was to much trouble for the customer and did an excellent job in replacing the front door. In a world of negativity I hope rob gets recognised for all his efforts.

Our door lock failed to lock or open and we contacted your rep Gareth. He was extremely helpful and caring as we could no longer use the front door. Together with Michelle they identified the correct replacement lock mechanism and couriered it to us within 24 hours - impressive work bearing in mind it was fitted 9 years ago and was just within the 10 year guarantee period! My old wooden back door had become stiff and rotten. Due to the age. I contacted Jamie who came and surveyed the door for a replacement for me. He done a superb job fitting the new one and would recommend Jamie and this company for doors.

Replacement front door for a new build. Mikey came out to survey original door, which was bowed. No hassle about it being replaced. New door was fitted by Mikey who was very professional, friendly and particular, so ensuring that new door fitting correctly and was fully functional. Would recommend.
