I’m not happy leaving a negative review but I don’t think I have any other choice. My story is as follows I purchased and downloaded some documents from HS Direct. There were no issues. I then received 3 or 4 unsolicited follow up phone calls and even a WhatsApp text from them asking me to contact them which I ignored as I had no need to speak to them again. A week or so later I emailed them asking for my invoice for the online transaction which would enable me to claim the VAT. I received no reply. I emailed them again 3 days later. Again no reply. I wonder if they are annoyed that I didn’t call them back?

I received a call from a sales representative, Daniel Moore, after purchasing a risk assessment template from their site. This is the point where things for my business because a whole lot easier. Daniel is quite possibly the most helpful person I have ever come across in a work environment. I sent him a list of what we need and within a few minutes he called and told me exactly how he could help, the pricings and the different ways in which HS Direct could help us. If you are looking to ease the burden of Health and Safety, go with HS Direct. They have 'tegridy.

We have been using HS Direct for both their HR and Health and Safety support over the last 6 months and have been really happy with both so far. I've dealt directly with one of their HR advisors who has supported, generating a few new documents as well as advising us directly on some sensitive HR issues. She has been knowledgeable and responsive to what we've asked for. We looked at a couple of different options and HS Direct were the most cost effective and best fit for our size of business (small!).

Have charged a full years renewal without consent and having held my details on file from the previous year (without consent). Refuse to refund the fee saying they emailed (spam email) and even though they can see i am not using the software, they say its not possible to refund and but 'they promise not to charge again next year" - Pathetic company just out to steal money from people.
