My company have used HS Direct for many years and I can't recommend them enough. They are always happy to assist in any way.
With hind sight you realise you Can pretty much do your own templates without the help of this company, finding them online or getting things like coshh off your actual supplier. Pretty much paid for a 3 year service that we hardly had any contact with. We have since found out that they are under a company called citation formerly Qms. We are also having trouble with citation/Qms since finding out their certificates are not accredited or recognised. We have tried to cancel, but now being blackmailed with a hefty cancellation invoice for a 10 year service our employee did not realise they were agreeing to. The service is unfit for purpose and not accredited. If you look at the responses on here, then go to Qms/citation; the same person responds. Jenny must be a busy lady. All based in the same building and basically high pressure sales to get you to take iso or other schemes that aren’t accredited.

I've been with HS Direct for a few years now and always found them extremely helpful and easy to use. Nicole Ward has also just help me through CHAS Advanced PAS 91 and SSIP. I would not have been able to do it with out her and the HS Direct team. Keep up the Great Work!

We found the site visit from Josh extremely helpful and thorough. We found Josh to be very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly which put us at ease and reassured us. Josh was able to explain advise in a clear manner which we have not always been given from other companies. He gave very helpful pointers and advise - His visit was very informative. He followed up the action points only a few hours after our visit which was very impressive!
We have used HS Direct for our CHAS and H&S for a number of years now but recently used their EL department to draft a contract of employment for an apprentice we were taking on. I emailed Jade to explain the contract was required quickly to allow the apprentice to enrol in the February training centre intake. Jade pulled out all the stops and got the contract back to us the same day. Many Thanks for the quick turn around.

If like me you struggle with any type of paperwork For RAMS or accreditations These are the guys to call cannot recommend highly enough Nothing is to much trouble and the wealth of knowledge is impressive Best of all they are always on hand via phone for Any questions
