The Employment consultancy side of HS Direct has been invaluable to our business. No matter how many questions i have they are always happy to help, in particular Zaira Hussain who is able to give me complex information in a way i understand. This has really helped in times when clear and concise information is needed and promptly. Also in the sales department Rob Bull is always helpful and will action things when needed. HS department we haven't used much but the R.A.M.S are very depth and an easy system to use, the consultants haven't been as clear as the employment side but i've been able to successfully achieve what was needed when i have requested help from the health and safety consultants

My Experience with HS Direct so far has been second to none, always someone on the end of a phone to assist with any queries or alterations. I would like to commend Jon White from HS Direct has done an absolute outstanding job on re-writing an intricate Risk Assessment for a risk assessment we had written in house and was rejected by the clients auditor.

Investing in the HR package has been completely worth it. The portal is easy to use and everything you need is to hand. All questions are answered in good time by the fantastic team. Rod has been most helpful from the start and I have had some useful HR advice from Sarah and Zaira. The HR package has been so good that we’ve recently purchased the safety package to streamline all the processes. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Excellent service and advice. Zaira supported me all the way through the process of my working contract dilemma. she was both kind and supportive and has very professionally explained Zero hour contracts so that I can have an option to keep one of our employees. We got sold their services, believing they were linked to an accredited body, when we realised what services they were offering we realised we didn’t need them, cancelled the following day and they have refused to issue a refund. No cooling off period apparently they are exempt even though their terms and conditions seem to state otherwise… awful customer service! Rude staff, poor communication. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!!
