I have dealt with HS Direct for a few years now and have always received an excellent service. Just recently, I have been dealing with their advisor Daniel Barber. He was exceptional from start to finish and provided a very concise and professional service.

We use HS Direct for our Health and Safety and HR. I work with Ian and Guy who are both amazing, their advice and knowledge are second to none. The systems they have in place for H&S management are incredible and I would highly recommend them.

Big thank you to Darren for all your help talking me through a risk assessment , I am a total novice when it comes to things like this and not that speedy on a computer either lol.

As a construction contractor, HS Direct provide us with a platform that caters for our needs from assistance with CHAS, staff training and RAMS. Rodney is our go-to guy for everything and never fails to help us from start to end. Their consultancy service for more complex requirements is excellent. Highly recommended service and worth every penny.

Having spent considerable time researching H&S consultancies we hit upon HS direct as they came recommended by one of our suppliers. Andrew very quickly facilitated a walkthrough of their dashboard and took time to patiently explain all the services they can offer us. Although relatively new customers we have been so impressed by the tools, support and knowledge of the team and look forward to a long working relationship.

Always helpful, Lee our HR advisor and trainer has been great throughout the year. He has trained 3 groups of our guys in the H&S essentials, approaching each session with humour, knowledge and experience, making it interesting and engaging every time. As well as training, he has provided invaluable advice during pre-start site safety inspections, and has always gone the extra mile when I've needed something (including replying to my emails from his holiday lounger!) The online portal is also an excellent H&S tool for day to day use, and is accessible to users at all technical levels for creating risk assessments, method statements, COSHH assessments and other essentials

Absolutely amazing service by HS Direct. Quick, efficient and trustworthy. The building control recognizes their company which makes it easier to deal with in case of any paper work or documents required. Absolutely amazing templates to work on!
