Had a call from Andy Hickman , regarding problems with the new system . He was very helpful explained ways of getting round the current problems and will follow up and report other issues having with the system. He was very patient and helpful and ran through all queries.
I was having issues with the updated portal. Andy was extremely helpful and was able to resolve the issues we have had. I find HS Direct always helpful for a number of issues I have had not only portal issues but advice that I have required and could not fault them for trying to resolve the issues I may have. Our company could not be without HS Direct and for that reason we will continue to use them now and in the future.
Second year with HS Direct and best decision we made. Easy system to work with and when you need help they respond very quickly. Andrew went over and above what I needed help with.
Regrettably, HS Direct fails to meet basic customer service expectations. We've experienced unreturned calls and emails, reflecting a total disregard for their clients' time and needs. Moreover, misinformation has been a recurring issue with them. On several occasions, we received incorrect details, leading to unnecessary confusion and delays. Alarmingly, they even directed us to health and safety consultants who no longer worked with the company. This carelessness reflects poorly on their professionalism and internal communication. Lastly, the underhanded tactic of trapping me into an auto-renew contract, contrary to their assurances, has been financially burdensome. This experience, along with their poor customer support and misleading practices, has been nothing short of exasperating. All things considered, I'd strongly advise others to think twice before engaging with HS Direct.

Warmth, friendliness and competency. My first attempt at on-boarding couldn't proceed as my internet had dropped out. Marc was very calm about that and we rebooked for Friday. That session went very well and Marc took it at my pace, and I didn't feel worried about asking him to repeat or confirm. He made very sure that I was able to move on to the next section. The pace was excellent for me, and his knowledge base was excellent.

Marc completed some online training for me on the safety first system, the training offered was very clear to understand and followed an efficient way of running through the process. Marc was also very understanding of any queries I had along the way and had the answers to hand for anything I raised during the training. Ensuring I have the best start to using the new system.

Initially, things started a bit slowly and unorganized for us but when highlighted with Marc I cannot fault his Customer service. Handled everything swiftly and got everything moving along. Very happy and feel that we made the right business choice here.

HS Direct took money from my account without my permission! Once they had renewed my membership without my permission I called them within 1 day, the woman I spoke to was very unhelpful and told me there was nothing she could do. As you can see from their Google reviews this is not an isolated incident!
