I have been using HS Direct for over 2 years now and I have mixed reviews about the company and system. The main aspect of the system that I use is the safety documentation (Risk Assessments / Method Statements) and this is a straight forward and simple process. My account manager (Daniel Moore) has been extremely helpful from day one and always ensures that any issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. However I have been slightly less impressed by other aspects of the company. The sales calls are quite pushy and can sometime be quite relentless. After several calls that aren't answered as I'm in the middle of a project (possibly on site or in the office) it would be great to receive a follow up email to summarise the intention of the call, which I could respond to as and when time allows. I have also had a few bad experiences when it comes to seeking advise around accreditations which I have made my thoughts known already to the company. In summary I don't think HS direct is a bad company to conduct business with and I think their overall intentions are for the greater good, I just feel it isn't best suited to myself as a one stop shop for everything they offer and I will utilise parts of their services as required.

We use HS Direct for our Company Health & Safety advice. They are always quick to answer any queries and the online dashboard is invaluable. I needed specific help recently and Naomi went out of her way to make sure that everything that I needed was put in place.
