Really happy with my new door. Company was recommended by a friend and the whole experience has been amazing. Everyone was extremely friendly and polite and everything was done as per the schedule. During the process, I spoke to 5-6 ppl from several departments (accounts, Installer, quotes, etc) and everyone was very polite, and eager to help with any queries I had. So this is clearly due to the nice culture across the company and not the fact I just got lucky with the persons I interacted with. Also their recommendation policy is very generous as well! Highly recommended and will definetly use again for any future projects!

Our experience of HomeSmart leaves a lot to be desired. We placed an order back in early April for a replacement garage door, front door and bay window. We were given an installation date of late April for the garage door and June for the front door & bay window. However, the garage door installation has now been pushed back several times (to May, June and now July) and the front door and bay window were due to be installed over 2 days starting yesterday. Our window has now been done but there is no sign of the front door - which nobody bothered to let us know about (I had to call them this morning to find out why the fitters had arrived without the door which apparently HomeSmart knew about yesterday afternoon) and now they’ve had the gall to send the final invoice for the window and front door. Oh, and they also missed off the internal window sills for the bay window when it was fitted yesterday, hence them having to return today (minus the front door !). As we’re not likely to replace these doors & windows again anytime soon, I can’t just swear never to use them again but I would certainly NOT recommend them to anyone else….

Very impressed with the installation. Only took about 1/5 hours, mainly because I have an empty loft! Vacuumed the carpets afterwards and left it clean and tidy.

The door was fitted well and the fitter, Glenn, was very good and efficient. The only reason that I did not give 5 stars was the fact that the work was supposed to start on Friday but did not take place until Saturday and was not finished until Monday. This was because he had not been supplied with all the right equipment. Not his fault.

Our experience with HomeSmart has been consistently good. We are pleased with the installation of new windows, David who did the work was easy to have in the house, respectful, efficient and friendly.

Homesmart have just renewed our soffits, facias and gutters. Excellent job all done in two days, ahead of schedule and completed in less time than estimated. Looks fantastic and nicely complements the replacement windows they fitted last year. Communication, advice, work and cleaning up was all to a high standard. Definitely recommend them.

I cannot recommend HomeSmart enough. We had our drive block paved and an 'Ultra Roof' put on the conservatory. Each member of the teams involved we're friendly and highly professional. Taking time to talk us through what was being done, and in the case of the paving, gave us the options on the pattern that could be laid etc. Whenever a new team/trade was due we had a call informing us of the names and rough times they would arrive. Importantly, the quality of work is superb. We had a couple of insignificant delays, out of the company's control, yet the Managing Director called to personally apologise. A fabulous gesture that shows just how much pride every member of HomeSmart takes in their business, from the top down. A particular point that my wife wants to point out is that each of the chaps we had working here, made a point about saying hello to her and engaging her in conversation, whenever she was around. Well done HomeSmart. You're an exemplar to the industry.

After a few hic ups which I understand with the current climate was not the companies fault my installation was delayed and when my new front door was delivered it did not have a letterbox , however this has since been resolved hence the 4 stars. I would give the guys who installed the door 5 as they were very professional. saying this I would use this company again

Charming gentleman arrived on time, did a very professional job and cleared up after themselves. The workmanship was of a very high standard. I would recommend HomeSmart as I have now had a number of jobs done by them.

The whole sale and fitting operation of my facias and soffits was great and all staff communication was exceptional. I would highly recommend HomeSmart to my family and friends.

After having had new windows and doors supplied and fitted by HomeSmart, we decided to have new soffits, fascia and gutters in order to finish off smartening up the look of the house. The same sales person who had advised us about the loft insulation and the windows, (Mark Leighfield - extremely knowledgable, professional and friendly), gave us our options and negotiated a very reasonable price for the work. A provisional date was suggested, (not too far off), and we agreed. The survey to confirm the details was completed on the day allocated and the date for supply and fit was notified a week in advance. The materials and scaffolding where delivered and erected the day before the agreed fitting date, and the work force turned up nice and early on the day concerned. The guys were very polite, helpful, professional and cheery; they completed the work within one day, packed up their equipment and were off - leaving us with a really smart, new, modern looking house. I couldn't give HomeSmart 5 stars, (wanted to give 4.5, but thats not possible), because the job was very dirty and caused a lot of mess and disruption around the house and surrounding area, and although the guys did a good job tidying up, there was still a lot to do afterwards. They had spent a long day on the job, (didn't leave until around 19:00 hours and must have been very tired). However, there was still quite a lot of work for us to do to make the place look clean and tidy. Having said that, I would certainly not hesitate to recommend HomeSmart, they do what they say they are going to do, keep you up dated with progress and their after sales have been very good fixing a couple of minor issues.

Their communication is very good and they kept me informed throughout the whole process from the first enquiry to a follow up call after the job was done. The work they done on my house is a top job and I’m extremely pleased with it. 5 stars! *****

Have used this firm before to have soffits and gutters replaced. This time for loft insulation. Excellent customer service from start to finish and workers were efficient, promp and reliable and did a great job. Would highly recommend this company
