Was very happy with the work carried out by Homesmart Installations from the initial ordering, the frequent updates and the work. Although I understand that the scaffolding required was outsourced. I was disappointed that the day that I was advised they were turning up they did not show, and didn't arrive until the end of the first day of work carried out by Homesmart. Overall though, very happy

I was very pleased from start to finish. This is the second time I have used Homesmart Installations. You are given a contact person from the start that you can contact if you have any questions. They kept me informed at all times regarding the process. Very please with my attic space roof installation and most recently my new electric garage door. All work carried out to a high standard. Very pleasant team all round. The guys that fitted my garage door were very professional and lovely to chat to. One very happy customer.

After some delays, work on our sofits, facias and guttering was completed to a high standard. Fitters were exemplary, efficient, reliable courteous and clean. I was kept informed of reasons for delays etc by the office who communicated on a regular basis before, during and after the work was completed. Very impressed and pleased to recommend highly.

Despite a few initial COVID related delays, the installation of our soffits, fascias and new guttering was completed in good time and to a high standard. Everyone at HomeSmart was a pleasure to deal with. From Andy who provided a relaxed no-pressure quote, to the office staff for whom nothing was too much trouble to the installation team, I was really impressed Will definitely be recommending to friends and family

Finish was excellent, the site was left tidy at the end of each day, workmen were hardworking and friendly, communication between me and the office staff was good (work had to halt as a result of the hot weather, I was kept up to date as to when they would return and it was cool enough to continue). I would not hesitate to recommend this company!

We needed to get replacements fitted for the guttering, facia and soffit boards in our three bed semi, as they were getting a bit tired. The facia and bargeboards were also wooden so we were also keen to get them replaced with something that needed less maintenance (especially as the gables were a bit high for me to be comfortable painting!). The salesman wasn't too pushy, which helped and explained the what would be done as well as giving us some time alone to make our decision. The two installers from HomeStart Installations were great characters and very quick and efficient in replacing all the woodwork, guttering and drainpipes, managing to complete in a day. This included clearing up all the old bits and pieces that they removed and cleaning up afterwards, which we were quite pleased about. All in all, the complete service from initial contact and survey to fitment took just over a month, but we are very happy with the result, and would certainly consider using them again.

This is the second time I have used HomeSmart. The first time was the renewal of the soffits, drainpipes etc and they made a thoroughly good job in so doing. This last time was for renewal of Windows and Doors, again, another great job... I recommend the company and the workmanship they apply. (Driveway next!).

HomeSmart removed all facias, soffits, etc. and replaced with their plastic alternatives including their eaves ventilation system which locates into the new gutters. For the work done and specification the price was very reasonable, albeit more than facing existing wood with plastic which I would not recommend as the top edge of the wooden facias are exposed to water penetration. Communication with HomeSmart from beginning to completion of the work was excellent. Everyone spoken to was polite, helpful and informative. The installers were cheerful, cooperative and very efficient with a good work ethic, and, yes, they always cleared up at the end of their day. The overall finish and neatness of their work is to a very high standard, they clearly have pride in their workmanship. Sadly in this day and age a quality all to often lacking. Therefore, I would have no hesitation in recommending HomeSmart for similar work.
