We ordered a product which the Courier notified us it was with them. Then silence for a week & then we were told there was a problem. A week later another parcel was delivered & I asked that courier to check up on our missing product (Now near 3 weeks overdue). Courier returned next day to say package had been damaged & returned to you. 2 days later a new parcel arrived which was our requested product from you. So you get only 4 stars for the quick resupply. Alas the product was to clean our oven prior to Christmas turkey lunch. It was delivered Christmas eve.

I placed my order for a Yawn duoble Air bed after watching a TV programme where I was advised to contact high street TV. Immediately I had a confirmation email and date of delivery was respected. I received an email on the 27th of December 2024 that the parcel was dispatched and when it was delivered I also received another mail. Fascinating Thanks

Ordered the Smartair Boost just before Christmas with delivery scheduled end December so I was very surprised to get it on Christmas eve.

Evri lost my parcel. Contacted High Street TV and it was immediately sorted with a replacement dispatched through DPD. Received before Christmas. Perfect. What a really helpful company. Spot on!

I found high st tv helpful I bought two items both were faulty I got them exchanged and the 5min chef is ok now .however my microwave oven air fryer didn’t work properly so again the service was good I received ba new one next delivery after I sent the first one back . I havnt used the air fryer or oven yet so will see how it goes .

My order never arrived but the courier had received it, contacted customer service and a replacement was sent straight away

I was only looking to provide feedback but appreciate both the swift and assurance that due care would be taken on the future. It’s a rarity that companies take the time and care to resolve issues. For this reason I am more than happy to amend my original review. Thank you. One star for super quick delivery and one for speed of initial response via customer service. Purchased a Magic Tree house toy for my nephews Christmas. The item arrived promptly but was poorly packaged. A boxed item was placed in a plastic bag with no protection and was not marked as fragile. Arrived with contents all over the box and all of the corners bashed. Not great. High Street TV did kindly refund postage. However they stated that they would pass feedback onto the courier. I do not see this as a courier issue as the damage was due to the item being very poorly packaged. First experience with this company.
