UPDATED REVIEW ** This company contacted me direct and arranged a return and a full refund. They were fair, efficient and friendly. I am really impressed with their dealing of me being unhappy. I can’t rate their customer service highly enough. Isn’t it lovely they care enough. ****Anyway I ordered the steam mop £99 The delivery was fine, I do have a great Evri parcelman. The product is not very good. No real power behind it.

Easy website,quick delivery
Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Item exactly as described, Smart Air Radiator, definitely works but not in a big room, would need the larger one, or in my case, 2 large ones would probably be better for the size of my lounge. The only downside is it takes ages to charge up to full capacity, but can be used with the mains lead it comes with.

The delivery was as expected with the products in good condition. The dislike is that the Grease Police product doesn't actually work as described. It's OK as a general purpose cleaner but does not remove the burnt on stuff on the bottom of pans as described in your advert. Really disappointed in that. THIS IS AN EDIT TO THE ABOVE High Street TV have contacted me via a very helpful lady called Anna-Marie. We have sorted the issue out between us. My complaint about the Grease Police product is not against High Street but the product alone. I have adjusted my star review to reflect the great customer service High Street TV have given to me. And will certainly use them again.

Bought this for my Nan for Christmas as she seen it on TV. She doesn’t have a smart phone so a paper option for recipes would be good as an option. Quick delivery too!
You are advertising Jet Hawk spray gun on TV and it clearly says "rated excellent on Trustpilot" but there are no reviews for the Jet hawk product only for High Street TV . This is misleading as it's about your service and not the actual product. I want to know about the product before purchasing.
