Bought an air fryer 4years ago. Great price and worked well. Dropped and broke the outer basket Sunday. Emailed them and had a reply Monday. Phoned them and was able to order a new part - seriously impressed and unexpected. It had only cost £70 and didn’t think I would be able to get the part especially after all this time. It arrived today Wednesday. Service exceptional. Great for environment too as don’t have to replace the whole fryer. Highly recommend the company.
I ordered my item and it was delivered as it should be. I had no problems ordering on the site as it was all fairly easy. I haven't had to send anything back so I am not sure about that process. Overall I am really satisfied with my experience and would definitely order more items.
