Smart Air Boost ordered via B&Q. However when item arrived it was found that the Transformer/Power plug damaged. Contacted High Street TV but advised to first contact B&Q as I had purchased from them, by doing this it then opened the way for High Street to replace the damaged item. A little 'around the houses' but High StreetTV customer service excellent and on the ball with the new Transformer sent out with delivery within two days

Love using High Street shopping, you get to see the products, being on TV its like you're virtually there 😊 you get what you see ! I've bought a couple of products and they deliver quickly. I'm not great online so being able to phone and speak to somebody is very important having both options to communicate is great, and you get through quickly. I ordered the Sartair boost and it's great at heating the house up quicker in the morning, you just recharge it like your phone and it lasts for days. I also bought a floating mop with 2 spinning pads, which stick on really well with velcro and you have 3 different types of pads which wash in the machine. It makes light work of cleaning and polishing your floors. They're all handy products which make life easier, and the delivery service is fast, as I said earlier you can phone to place your order and you get notified when your delivery will be, which was within days. I love using High Street Shopping it's so easy and efficient, a bit addictive lol, I'd Highly recommend the whole experience

I purchased some items from Tupperware via High street TV and gave the wrong address for delivery. I contacted Tupperware to change the address and after an exchange of emails, Martin managed to change the delivery address.

I have been trying to contact and return an item that is no use to me as its not suitable for my radiator I have been left with a 5minute chef that I think was used before it came to me. I have several emails but no order number to be found. I think it's deliberate attempt to make it impossible to return Never again would I be stupid enough to buy from this company.
