Smartair After submitting a review about the product, Trustpilot & High Street TV contacted me. I have submitted a review about my experience with them, it was excellent. I spoke with Anna, from High Street TV. I reiterated my review. I retract the statement I made about the guarantee, it was there, I was too incensed at the time to notice. The Vouchers, I had 21 days to use them before becoming a member. However, I would still have to pay for goods to receive money off. My mistake again! Anna cancelled the Vochers for me. I will receive the £1 I paid for them. As a good will gesture, I received a 20% refund for the smartair. Anna was quick to contact me & to rectify the situation. Her Customer Care Skills were very good. I have rated High Street TV 4*. I apologise for my misunderstandings & thank you very much for your help. I should have sent the smartair back because I'm not happy with it, the box got badly ripped by myself. I wasn't prepared to pay for something I couldn't use by sending it back & losing money on it.

The product was not as seen, and not for me. My product was delivered to the wrong address but the customer service was excellent, I spoke Anna-Marie at High Street Tv and she arranged a free return and refund. The assistance received was quick and valued. Thank you
