Part of my order did not arrive, they have said they will send out the missing parts but I don’t know when, I have had no email to say when so it’s just a waiting game to see if they arrive. They were very understanding and helpful in the call so fingers crossed.

I misplaced my charging cable for my Smartair BoostXL (which is a wonderful product). I ‘spoke’ to several people via on line ‘chats’ to order & pay for replacement but because of ‘delays’ responding I was ready to give up! In steps Martin and replaced cable plus free postage!!! Thank you so much!
The company did very well with my order, it was sent out quickly, but the courier was. not efficient and delayed the delivery. High Street TV has promised me that they will not use that courier again for my deliveries. They also have me a partial refund for my inconvenience. Well done High Street TV. Thank you, Her
