Happy with speed of delivery and the forsythia plants are lovely but disappointed we didn’t get the free tulip bulbs which were promised with every order . Could you let me know why please Kind regards Pauline Hewitt

I wasn’t informed some of my plants won’t arrive until April … only after I emailed where was all the order ! That’s disappointing as I’ve paid for it all & won’t get plants until 6 months done the line …

When our plants were delivered to the wrong address by the courier Yodel the staff at Hayloft were extremely helpful and replaced the order immediately. The replaced delivery arrived quickly, the plants were well packaged and in good condition.

Ordered the promotional offer for 3 bushes out the mail on Sunday. The bushes were in great condition when they came, well packaged & watered just before shipping. What was missing was the free offer of some bulbs, they must have forgot to add them to the order. Otherwise all good 👍 Update on my review. Date of update Tue 5th Nov... Bulbs arrived Today. Was expecting them in the same package as the bushes I ordered, but looks like they came seperatley. Review updated to a 5 star review.

One plant died rapidly. The other 2 have very little root. I like your ethos, i want you to do well. Unfortunately I have had too many unsatisfactory experiences. I probably won't shop with you again

Website is good & ordering was easy, info was accurate & delivery was as expected. Plants were packaged securely & arrived in good condition with general information regarding planting. A minor disappointment as one plant was not as robust being "more twiggy" but the other two mini shrubs look excellent. Hopefully all three will be OK once planted. Would certainly buy from Hayloft again
