Ordered selection of three plants. Dispatched very promptly but two arrived clearly dead. Request for refund has so far been ignored. Not sure what other options I have other than to hope a poor review prompts a response Update: 23 December. Despite emailing three times and offering to return items Hayloft is still refusing to issue a refund.

Plant, arrived quickly and was in great condition - really healthy

Although what I had ordered was sold out, I was phoned immediately and helped to order a replacement. This arrived in record time and is already giving pleasure

Plants arrived on time and the packaging was excellent with plants well protected in a plastic packaging The cacti were in little plant holders and there was nothing missing from the plants themselves. I would definitely recommend this company

Arrived when promised in good condition

I was informed when my order would be dispatched and everything went fine. Bulbs in good condition and care instructions enclosed. Very happy.

Plants arrived just as advertised. We were delighted with the, especially as the were gifts for Christmas.

I saw your advertisement in the Mail newspaper for Christmas Cactus and as I wasn’t able to source them locally I decided to order them from your company 2 were for presents and one for me. I wasn’t in when they were delivered but my husband was. They just put them on the front doorstep when he brought it in the box was damaged and the plants were loose in the box with no packing? There were only 2 plant pots instead of 3 and I was so disappointed when I saw 3 very small plants in fact one was tiny a lot of the stems had been broken off! I assume this was because there was no packing. I did ring the next day and you have credited the money back but for a first visit to your company it wasn’t a very good experience.

The roses that I ordered came even quicker than I'd expected. The box they were packed in was a perfect size for them and they were each individually wrapped and labelled. There was the useful reminder to get a label ready so that each variety was identified when planted. Having soaked them in water as instructed I was able to plant out 2 of them the same day. The third is waiting for the weather

The plant was much smaller than expected and no gift label on it. Also the delivery man did not knock the door.

Healthy young plants (hellebores and perennial wallflowers) received promptly. Well-packaged and delivered with care by the courier.

the plant is fine. However, the pot had fought it's way through the bottom of the box. I was fortunate to receive both plant and box; not just an empty box. All credit to the carrier for taking care.

Well happy with my 5 little pink pampas grasses.....looking forward to planting them next year but initially will pot them over the winter in my shed.... Great service and thank you A+++++

I ordered a picea glauca with lights and baubles. it arrived on time well packed and in good order. It arrived Thursday pm, I set it up, it looked very pretty. I was very happy. Saturday PM the lights went out never to light again. I was disappointed.
