Was not expecting the plant food delivery until next year when plants were due to arrive

My plants never arrived even though your message said they had left the depot!!! I am gutted as they were all Christmas gifts and I barely got an apology or an explanation!!!!!

The hellebores received are good sized healthy plants, very well packed. My order was dealt with promptly and I would certainly be very happy to use this supplier again.

The camellia arrived quickly and it is a lovely healthy plant. Very pleased.

The plant (Star Jasmine) was of good quality when it finally arrived. The compost came in a separate delivery, which to my mind is not very fuel or labour economic let alone saving on exhaust fumes emitted on the atmosphere.

Double Hellebores arrived promptly and were in excellent condition and packaged separately. They were planted soon after arriving and I was impressed at the very healthy root system giving a very good chance of giving many years of pleasure, much better than the previous Hellebores that I purchased. Bought Hyacinths bulbs for Christmas in a wicker pot with lights. (3 in the price bundle) also 3 Hostas with growing glass pots. All arrived on time but within a week one of the hyacinth pot lights went out so changed the batteries. Then the switch didn't work so no lights on 1 pot. Of the Hostas, 1 had a plant missing (this was credited quickly). 1 fault is acceptable but not 2.
