I ordered 2 shrubs, one for myself and the other as a gift. They were delivered on time, were well packed and healthy. However, they were smaller than I expected and I would not have ordered them had I known the size beforehand. It would be helpful if Hayloft showed a realistic photo of the plants on their website and advertisements rather than a photo of how they are likely to appear in a few years time.
The items arrived, we'll packed and on time. Pleased that the plants were already growing to a good size. Could do with some information as to how to treat them until I pass them on as presents.

The plant was fine but the delivery was not. I received from Yahoo. The beat up box had no paperwork enclosed or attached. The plant was fine, but with no paperwork I watered it before finding that there was no pot between the plant and what I thought was the outer pot so I watered it well before I found the water was not coming out.
