My three variety cactus plant arrived in a sturdy box. A few small buds had been dislodged during transit but plant now starting to good with buds opening

Very disappointed with Christmas cactus, very small and no resemblance to the pictured item. Also packing very poor, the box was not sealed and was loose when delivered. Will not be buying from this company again. Also supplied in cheap "tin" pots not ceramic

the plants were extremely disappointing. lots broken off leaves and flowers , unable to stand up in pots. only fit for bin. in no way did they look like illustration in the daily mail. my daughter who witnessed me opening package was that disgusted she arranged to return them for me.
Unfortunately my 2 boxes were delivered to The Bungalow,Station Rd and left there. Fortunately, they know me and delivered them to me when they arrived home. After that, I am delighted with them

I ordered some mini forsythia on an offer from the radio times over a weekend. Monday morning got an email to say that they were packed and ready for a courier to pick up Tuesday midday they arrived all OK the only other thing that they could have done is come and plant them!!
Very disappointed to be told, long after placing the order, that it could not be fulfilled. This was for several gifts and the order placed well in advance because of a hospital stay and surgery.

The flower bulbs were upside down when package was delivered, also one of the bulbs became separated when carefully removing it from the packing.
When the package was opened many of the flower buds had fallen off during transit. 17 on one plant and 9 on the other. I appreciate the plant has not died but the flowers for this year will not happen. Very disappointed.
Plant received but £15 is overpriced after seeing the same plant at B & Q for £5
The delivery was the problem-it was deposited at the first bungalow -happened to be a family with physical needs-and left them to find us -a lot further down! The area. Plants very good- no concerns.
