Very pleased with the price and speed of delivery.
I received my light on time and the order process was really easy, but when i took the light cord out of the plastic packaging I was not happy with the striped cord as I thought it was plain. Fortunately, the electrician was able to to fit a plain white cable so I had to pay extra for that. I felt the lamp shade was very expensive for what it was.
I bought some beautiful drawer knobs at a very reduced price in the sale. Delivery was fast and they were well packed.

The wire elephant was a huge hit as were the lights to put on it Unfortunately the contents of the box were displayed on the outside when it was delivered in the post... so the gift wasn’t a complete surprise which was rather disappointing !!

Ordered a few items with some received on time and were beautiful. Unfortunately some were not in stock and there would have been a delay which didn't suit me. Received refund with no issues at all therefore no complaints from me.
These guys are always super helpful and they really have some wonderful & beautiful products available. My only criticism (and why I don't use them more) is they are more expensive than other stockists of similar products.

Although I returned recent order as not quite what I had anticipated, the customer service was excellent throughout.
Nice unusual products bit of a problem with some damage on 1st item but was replaced and broken one collected. Would use this site again.
