Just got the shipment today. Approximately 19 days to be delivered to Guelph, Ontario Canada during Covid-19 pandemic which is impressive given all the restrictions. The service I received when ordering online was excellent and Steve was very helpful. Door handles arrived undamaged and will be impressive on the Sapele wood panelled door I made. Thanks very much. I will definitely be back for more business.

An update on fulfilment and progress of order would have been useful. The product itself is of good quality although a little too much okay is present in the door knocker hinge. Also the door knocker fixing screws could offer a range of lengths- my door is quite thick and screw length only just adequate. Finally simple fixing instructions like measurements drill bit size and methodology would help us amateurs. But the cited door furniture looks great !

Lovely site to look at and lovely item

The products were fine .... but the packaging was awful; two huge boxes stuffed with foam pellets that are completely unable to be recycled. The boxes were far too large - two boxes were made into one very large box (for two products that were approx 20cm x 20cm) and the volume of foam particles was horrendous. What am I supposed to do with them? If I could, I'd send the boxes and stuffing back to G&G. G&G - get your environmental act together.

Bought some hand-painted porcelain knobs for an up-cycled dresser. They look very authentic.

Have bought a similar product to this one before, and was delighted with it. Have now moved home and bought another one. Happy with the post box, it is roomy, post doesn't get mangled and is kept dry. The postman likes it too! The box itself is well made and looks great on the front of our contemporary home.
