Despite being sent a light which was different from the one pictured and described I was initially happy with the service in their help to obtain the correct light and rectify their error. However, I did not want the light which they were able to obtain (it was not quite what i had expected) for me and retuned the original at my own expense (£10). I am now waiting for a refund which is very slow in coming, despite regular phone calls and e-mails. I am most concerned that I will not be refunded £100 for the light which I have returned and also frustrated that my polite e-mails are being ignored and no action is being taken as a result of my almost daily phone calls.

Light shade itself is lovely but am disappointed with the fixtures ceiling rose. The connector cable comes out the side of the fitting? & not the top to allow for hidden connection at ceiling?? Also the recommended bulb linked with this fitting is too large to fit inside the shade!? A waste of £18, thanks.

My order arrived within 24 hours - for which I had paid handsomely - >£10. However, the parcel was very badly wrapped. It is a steel plant rack, quite heavy and with 4 legs/feet. The wrapping was a single layer of bubble wrap and a single sheet of brown paper over that. The paper was torn and all 4 legs were protruding. One foot was slightly bent. Clearly, the parcel had been poorly manhandled and probably dropped. Fortunately,I was able to bend the foot straight. Obviously these are difficult times, but the packaging should have been better for a >£100 item.

Bought some expensive galvanised steel garden lights thinking that they would last for years. The cheap plastic part that holds the glass light bowl has broken up. Obviously not up to the job. Lamps out of warranty so no help. When asked for discount to purchase a new lamp no reply. !!!
