The products were excellent. But the screws to fix them were not.Two of them broke as I was screwing them in ,leaving the screw in the door. Impossible to remove.
Wonderful customer service, the website was trouble shooting at the time I was trying to order a light fitting. So I sent a very brief email not expecting much response and a lady contacted me a matter of minutes later to follow up my enquiry. Super polite helpful assistance. Able to pay over the phone with email of purchase sent across very efficiently. I adore my bamboo shade, beautifully made , such care taken with the packaging I highly recommend this website.
