Good service and product

The escutcheon flap doesn't fall back into place properly so everytime I lock up i have to manually close it, poor quality and irritating. I've tried oiling it but it makes no difference. Postage for such a small item was so steep that it's not worth sending back and the package (for such a small item ) was so big I had to collect it from the post office.

Great buying experience despite the item having a slight defect when it arrived. Grace & Glory went out of their way to resolve and get the suppliers to deliver another item as soon as possible. Would certainly buy from them again... love the console table.

We bought an aluminium post box - it’s so flimsy, the lid blows up and lets the rain in. Our post keeps getting wet. Don’t waste your money like we did! Tried to leave a review on their website, they obviously didn’t like it so it didn’t appear under their reviews! 😱.

I ordered the hanging marble shelf and it is such a lovely piece and looks beyond perfect hung up! Upon arriving the shelf happened to have split down the middle which is very common with marble, I called up and spoke with Steve, he extremely friendly and helpful and was able to resolve my problem instantly and with a couple days I had a brand new shelf sent out free of charge. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly be using them again in the future!

Really pleased with our extra large bamboo pendant light shade. We were offered a welcome discount of 10% and the customer service and delivery time was good. The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars was I was disappointed that when spending over £100 on a light shade the cheap little metal ring adaptor needed to be able to fit UK light fittings wasn’t included.

Great product

Excellent products. I am very pleased with the peg board, extra pegs and small shelf. They look good in my craft room. But I do feel they are a bit overpriced. Especially the little shelf. I only included it as you have to spend £100 to get free postage. But saying that the shelf is very useful and looks good. Communication could be better as well. I had to ask when I was going to receive my parcel. I would buy from them again though.

I have 3 mirrors arranged in the formation of small-large-smalll above a large fireplace. They are lovely quality and I received compliments from friends the first day they were up. Very happy.
