My item arrived very quickly and I am very pleased with it. However, the packing wasn't great and the metal work had been squeezed/dented as a result. I managed to get it pretty much back to normal. Some people may have sent it back, but it's fine for me. Lovely colour and good size.

Order arrived very quickly. Not well wrapped so was a bit concerned items might be damaged. All items arrived in perfect condition. They are very good quality,look forward to having them put on new front door for our thatched cottage.

Ordered a new letterplate late one evening and had a query on the bolt lengths as we have thick Edwardian doors. Left a voicemail and sent an email and within a few minutes the store called me to confirm the securing bolts were more than long enough. Letterplate arrived the very next day and is lovely. Can't rate them highly enough.
