Excellent service . We had to make a return as one of the knobs we ordered was not quite right. But the gentleman dealt with the replacement and return very quickly and we are very pleased with the items we ordered. Definitely buy from Grace and Glory again.
Really happy with our Nickel hare door knocker. It looks fantastic and was easy to fit. There was a delay in receiving the item due to COVID-19 and supplier issues but we were kept informed and the communication was excellent.

Beautiful and very sturdy ladder shelf. Arrived promptly and in good condition. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is i added a coat of varnish which really helped the look of the ladder.
