Extremely knowledgeable, friendly staff. Spoke to 2 members of staff before I made the purchase of my beautiful brass bee door knocker. Both staff were super, I would want them on my books. Delighted with my bee, which is on my front door in pride of place.
The owl door knocker is lovely and very heavy. Unfortunately it went rusty inside 2 days and now not so lovely. Should I have been aware of this rust? I do not know. I wish that there had been a warning for me to inform me that I need Smoothright paint or something before installation.

We actually bought from the showroom in Braunton rather than on-line, and it was great to see the overall high quality of the full range of products. The seat we bought is beautifully made and looks great in our home.
