We wanted to buy a specific door knob and so used the Chat Live facility to say exactly what we wanted and within a reasonable price range. Steve explained everything to the point that we identified the right item after Steve had posted a good few examples. The ordering process was simple and our door knocker arrived a few days later. Steve at Grace and Glory was so helpful in sourcing the replacement bolts we needed for out brass Gothic letterplate. His help meant that we could reuse our letterplate on our new front door so not only good for us but good for the environment with no waste. Great stufff!
